Connect to MS Access on a MAC?

I have a Real Studio 2014 R4 program that uses an rsd database on my MAC.

I would like to upgrade the app to connect to an MS Access 2007 database while running it in my MAC environment (not in Parallels)

Is it possible?

I have:
Real Studio 2014 R4
MAC 10.9.3
Parallels with MS Office

Use ODBC classes, or convert it to SQLite.
