Compile for Win on Mac

I dont usually do this, but today using 2015, I decided to build a Windows executable on the Mac
It barfed at a section which uses OLE to drive Word, saying that the WordApplication et al don’t exist.

But they do on Windows, so why wouldnt it compile ‘for’ Windows on the Mac side?
