I was just thinkiing I did not even have one crash today …
Could simply repeat this by trying to run the project again. And even a 2 lines project failed this way.
Shutting Xojo.exe (2018r4/windows) down and restart the whole IDE and the problem seems to be over.
Possibly the Build folder was cleared properly after a previous build of the project.
I’ve seen it a few times. Usually I’ve been poking around in the Build folder ;)
Thanks Robin, in this case I may expect it’s not my project itself causing this error.
When a debug app terminates, it would be nice if Xojo only removed Xojo files, and left any others alone - and if there are others, did not delete the DebugMyApp folder either. This would speed up my debugging.
Uh what are you putting into the debug folder manually that’s getting removed?
You’re definitely doing something wrong if debugging deletes important things.
Start a new thread though, this is unrelated.
