I have the license for the 2015 version of Xojo r.2.4 (Mac + Win), if I upgrade to Mac Big Sure I can run my .xojo_binary_project file but not compile it. It’s right ?

if the ide runs, you can compile (IMHO).
But you will get a 32 bits application.
2015r2.4 does not run on Big Sur. You would have to use a more recent IDE. Yes, you would be able to run debug but not build for release using the newer version.
No, as Emile mentioned the build output from 2015r2.4 is 32 bit which does not run on on Big Sur.
The closest officially compatible version that works on Big Sur would be 2019r3.2.
