Yes, this has happened to me as well. All the “Won’t Implement” feedback cases seem to have gone from closed to open.
This possibly means they are re-considering whether the case won’t be implemented.
You are joking, right? It just means that they messed up whatever changes they did to the Feedback database.

Could be. In that case, all Feedback cases would be concerned, would they not?
This was an intentional change. Rather than these cases being closed, we feel that it should be exceedingly rare for a feature request to be written off entirely.
