Change to WebRequest.Header() in 2025r3.1?

I just deployed an update to a web app compiled with 2025r3.1 and it was not behaving. Turns out that the WebRequest.Header() is returning the header string with enclosing quotes included. The previously deployed version of the app (compiled with 2025r2.1) did not. AFAIK, nothing changed on the end that sends the request.

Has anyone else encountered this?
