since upgrading my Linux to Mint 21.3 Virginia I cant install my licensed RB. Keep getting an error msg that I cant connect, no internet connection.I AM connected, as this post will show. I am able to run RB on the earlier Mint (20.3)
I haven’t seen any significant changes regarding a firewall or anything like that, but is it possible that you have a firewall enabled that is blocking the IDE from communicating externally?
While it is best to resolve the firewall situation, you can log into xojo.com and under your user name select licenses → manage and download the license, which you can then import into the IDE. https://xojo.com/account/licenses/manage.php
