I just wanted to open an old Xojo Project. I copied the folder with all files to my desktop (mac) and tried to open the file with the extension .xojo_binary_project with the ide. It starts to open it, but then it works endlessly and from time to time there shows a message window telling me, that the computer wants to connect to an old server which is not existing anymore for years. I opened the file with a binary editor and It looks like Xojo has some hardcoded references to these files there. How can I open this project?
I found the solution: I clicked on the error message about 50 times and then the project was opened…
