The docs show how to rename WebTabPanel tabs in the IDE, but have nothing about renaming them at runtime. Does this mean that tab panels cannot be used in localized apps?

Also is there the ability to add and remove panels at runtime ?
In fact is there any documentation on how to use this control in terms of embedding containers into pages ?
