Burning a CD/DVD/Blue Ray on Silicon Mac

I needed to burn a file (dmg) on a CD/DVD, and the file was on the M1 MacBook Pro.

I searched the appropriate Item in the File Menu and do not found it (in fact no entry at all).

Is it impossible to burn discs with M1 Computers ?
Or Big Sur ?

not sure if it is still possible to burn cd/dvd with the finder nowadays!

Nota: I was also unable to get the time with seconds in the menu bar clock !
