Bug with the Open Event

Hi there!

I found a problem with the Open Event of Xojo. I would just like to report it to be fixed in the next update.

I associated the opening event of my application with creating a drawing on a canvas and it did not work in the 2016r4.1 update. I tested the 2016r3 update and my application worked normally.

To report a bug, please download our Feedback application and create a case there with a simple sample project which will allow us to reproduce the problem.
