"Apply standardised format after ending line" setting should apply to more elements

When turned on this setting currently applies standard capitalisation to reserved words when you complete a line, or move from one line to another. Property names, Method names, Variable names etc do not, but should.

If you agree, feel free to sign on to this feature request.

To be fast, that would require integration with the compiler. Not sure we’re ever going to get that.

Autocomplete does it on an item by item basis. Could this not hook into whatever drives that?
