Trying to decide whether Xojo is viable for creating a stock market price analysis engine.
Does anyone know of a plug-in/add-on/service for historical and daily stock market quotes?
If it matters, I’m in Canada (which seems to have a lot fewer options that the US does for this).

it can definitely do.
all you have to do is choose the market API you can get (and afford …)
and build some method to grab the datas.
Which data supplier(s) are you using?
A couple of years ago, I was looking at doing this with the Alpha Vantage API, but got busy with other things and never went anywhere with it.
I don’t use any, this screen is an experimental project
I grabbed datas from abcbourse.com, a french data supplier
they have an api but I did not use it, I get the data directly from their web site
using an htmlviewer.
