Any way of giving the IDE windows a background colour?

Does anyone know if there’s a way of giving the IDE windows a background colour on the Mac. Since upgrading to Tahoe its stupid interface clashes with the IDE highlighting and I’m finding it difficult to follow the debugger. The debugger highlighting is pale and most of the time it seems to disappear into the background colour … stark white.

Apple really needs to get to grips with this. Their cry has been “It just works”, they seem to be going out of their way with this release to prove it doesn’t.

Try giving “Row Highlight” a darker color.

Not even “reduce transparency” works on 26.2. Together with XProtect blocking my app this is the worst release of macOS ever.
