Another Color Picker

Hey folks, I hope it is ok to post this here?

I’ve been working on a color picker for a few weeks now and have finally got it finished! This was a side project that i wanted to do, to figure out how to use declares. I am in no way shape of form a professional coder, but i have been a “hobby” xojo user on and off since the RealBasic days and relied heavily on the input from all of you fine people. I am making this project file availiable to everyone in the hopes it helps the next newbie! (Windows only i’m afraid). It uses declares to sample pixel colors outside of the app.

I only get “Access denied” when trying to download the example.

why not use a color pattern to sample colors too?
or is it just to be used to get colors from outside the app, from other windows or images?

It’s main purpose is to sample colors outside of the application.
