If you run an analysis of your project and change the Errors panel to the “Location” tab, closing and re-running the Analysis will fail to reopen the Errors panel and if you manually open it, you can’t step off of the Location tab.
Project Analysis seems to do (or not) as it sees fit… no rhyme or reason…
