I had to ask for new papers, and car ID (not my driving license).
My plate number is rejected and a bot saying it is an AI proposed help.
All it can di was to repeat ad nauseam:
a. Are you a single user (vs professional)
b. use the button at the top of this document (etc; for the location) to contact us;
c. You can call us to (I do not recall if they shared a phone number).
Whatever I write / ask / prey (even saying idiot), I get a, b, c in sequence…
A click in the eMail icon mlauch mail (on macOS), but without a eMail address.
You know what ? I love AI and the people who are behing them. Fortunately, they were not at hand when this come.
