Scale, muli-team members, and link capabilities to Github / Slack for us. Also having a centralized location with historical info is key. Im sure others have this - but Sentry.IO also has a framework to allow us to pop a web window and solicit user crash feedback right on the spot and then correlating it into that exception entry.

I pop such a window from my app already, and send the stack trace through httpsocket, to my web service.
