Accessing dock settings - Sanboxed app

I need to read to the list of items in the dock with dim ApplicationID as CFStringMBS = NewCFStringMBS(“com.apple.dock”)
But it seems blocked by sandoxing. I added these to the plist without any luck

<key>com.apple.security.temporary-exception.shared-preference.read-only</key>
<array>
<string>com.apple.dock</string>
</array>
<key>com.apple.security.temporary-exception.files.home-relative-path.read-only</key>
<array>
<string>/Library/Preferences/</string>

PS: And your mail provider blocks my emails.
