When we add information to a feedback “cold case” (e.g. last comment >6 months ago) that someone else has created is this brought to the attention of Xojo, or are we just talking to ourselves until someone happens on the case by some other means?
Better create a new case if the case has been closed already.
Otherwise, I have added many times to older feedbacks. They are still in the pile.
I’m adding to old open cases, but I don’t know if the new information is looked at unless prompted on the forum.
By Xojo’s lack of response so far, I’m assuming that they don’t get notified of additional input unless its got that “reply withing 10 days” thing at the end.
