2016r4 crashes when exiting sometimes

I notice that when I test 2016r4 on some Sample Applications in the Examples folder, it frequently crashes when I do one of these:

make a change in code somewhere press the Close button to exit the Project without saving the change

make a change in code somewhere press the Close button to exit the Project with saving the change

However, if I manually do a Save before exiting, this doesn’t happen anymore. I also couldn’t successfully create a Feedback case for this. I tried a couple times. I was either told the case couldn’t be created or the Feedback app went into an endless “Wait” loop.

Odd. I just got an email from Feedback that my was indeed posted as #45976, but I don’t see it in Feedback at all. Maybe it was posted as Private? I never choose that option, but maybe I did that accidentally.

45975, 45976 and several others are all duplicates of that one and have been closed as such

We had found & fixed a handful of these issues in R4 but other causes have appeared since the release
