I have the same problem.
This has also not been fixed with Xojo 2018 R1 and R1.1.
Same code since 10 years.
Mac OS works, Windows 7 and 10 does not work.
I think it’s the MySQL plugin, I’ve been waiting for a solution since Xojo 2018 R2.4, but nothing is coming.
It seems you’d rather work on new features than fix the bugs.
We have multiple apps using MySQL that are Mac/Win and having no issues. So I suspect that you’re doing something outside the norm.
