Yes, confirmed by William (he posted that on the Issue) and added label Bug.

Sounds like the bug here is that Resized is acting like Resizing and the Resizing event never fires.

Its been marked fixed! Probably will be in 2025r3
Wish they released bug fixes in more frequent in place dot releases.
