WebListbox Scroll to SelectedRowIndex?

setting the SelectedRowIndex did not scroll the webdialog, but did with this method.
If this was meant to be fixed I guess this is a bug?

ScrollTo has been fixed in 2022r2, but SelectedRowIndex won’t scroll automatically. While you will be able to workaround it, calling ScrollTo.

The bug that was fixed is for ScrollTo. Looks like SelectedRowIndex is not considered a bug but a feature request.
Can you use ScrollTo to scroll to the SelectedRowIndex?
