I suppose that really depends on how different an Apple Watch app is from an iOS app. If they are similar, then it could be ‘easy’ to add Apple Watch. Same with AppleTV.
Because people will still see that as a promise, make commitments to their clients to that effect and will be dissatisfied when something else comes up and we miss the perceived “deadline.”
