Thanks, everyone, for the trove of information. I think my strategy will be to update the original application, incrementally, in steps of a few years (relative to Xojo releases). I’ll deal with the database, as it becomes necessary. I’ll try to bring it up to the Xojo 2019 that I have and work on getting a stable “release” from that version.
This will never go outside of our property, so certificates and such should not be an issue. I do appreciate all the suggestions. If I do run into problems, I WILL be back.
