When you say it does not run at all, is it crashing or simply never launching ? If it crashes, you could probably get a crash log to try and find out. Or look at what you do in the main window that could upset the system. Are you accessing the hardware at all, for instance ?
the only difference is one is using win8 and the other using win8.1
i just check again… on a simpler app (not the one i tested last time) and it seem to work now… strange…
My question was not the difference between the tablets, but rather the kind of things you may be doing in your app that could explain the incompatibility. You did not tell if it is it crashing or simply never launching ?
sorry… i check my flagship application called Artscene and it is working now. strange why it wasn’t working last time i try about a year ago. it is using intel atom
