In fact I agree with you Wayne that it’s not a show stopper but the impression you get when you start using it is very clumsy and I just dislike this behavior. It’s a bit of me when I am not really satisfied right away: switching back and forth between old and new and at the end stick with the new one and slowly start liking it while not understanding how you ever could live with the old one. In this way I moved from Win7 to Win10. 
I quite often have the IDE in the background when I’m doing something else, I hit a key in the foreground, or do something, and the IDE decides to refresh (flicker) for no apparent reason.
