Not covering the whole window. But very useful when breaking the window up into areas which have resizing bars separating them (splitter bars). It makes configuring the splitter bars much easier.
Also I had some trouble with (IIRC) an htmlviewer on a pagepanel. Solved by putting the viewer in a container, putting the container on the panel.
