Under developer tools it is set to default not IE 7 so why is it trying to use IE 7?
In the developer tools, try selecting “edge”.
Since I only use IE for testing I went ahead and took it through the reset to factory defaults option in Internet options and it started working as expected. Likely it set it to use ‘edge’ as part of that. Thanks for you help!
