Help for GTK API Calling

Maybe if Bob Keeney reads this he may able to help here. I believe that plugin was built for Bob’s application.

That plugin was built for the IDE’s code editor
Hence why I asked if the input methods worked right in the Linux IDE
If they do then we can certainly make it work for Eshen
If not then it won’t work for what he needs

So - really - try the IDE code editor with various input methods on linux before spending a bunch of time

Yes, Xojo’s Code Editor work correct in Linux.
(Although there are some small problems under Mac OS X, but that is a digression.)

Ohoh… not really…

When I use SCIN in Ubuntu 13.10, Code Editor can’t know if I am in input method or control text (such as move arrow, backspace, Enter… ).

I will try iBus later.

Well IF there are issues please report them & we can / will fi the text input canvas plugin if thats where the problem lies

What this suggests is that if you want to do something similar then using the text input canvas plugin is the way to go

Screen Recorder.
