Deployed Web app examples

[quote=198637:@Ju Yang]No spamming, it is discuss and share idea ??

Spamming is exactly what you are doing : pasting the same message over and over again without regard for the reader.

Here is a very simple idea : if nobody is interested, can you get a hint ? We all have read time and again your idea. It is becoming annoying to see it repeated out of context. Please stay in the thread you have started about it.

Next time, I and other members will simply set the forum to ignore all your posts and stop displaying whatever you say. You will become invisible and people will stop talking to you.

Give us more web app examples…

I almost forgot :

This is the live demo of RubberViewsWE, a class that manages the layout of WebPages to keep their presentation constant over any browser window size or mobile device orientation.

[quote=194851:@Jens Holloch]Hi,

I have different projects:

Two password generators for my daily use. So I must not remember these difficult passwords, because I use allways the same password and generating with the name of the website a new password.

The first one uses not the length of the password for the generating algorithm:
http://j43587.servers.jiffybox.net/pwcalc/pwcalc.cgi

The second one uses the length for the generating algorithm, means different length generates a complete different password

A programm for calculating slewing rings (huge bearings) for wind energy or cranes

Solidworks Premium edition got a FEM (Finite element method) tool inside, called Solid Works Simulation. It´s really good. You can have bolts in your FEM design, but you have to know what to do with the FEM Bolt results. So I made a tool for a bolt strength analysis with Solid Works Simulation.

Last project is to transfer my bolt calculation software Screwtool to a web version. I work now at the final version. A not complete ready alpha version you could find here:

Awesome what can be done with Xojo Web Edition (provided one is patient enough to find some bug workarounds  ). WebContainers are such a great thing!! And it’s amazing how responsive everything is if paying attention to what is loaded when, caching etc.

In the backend, there’s an implementation of the QuillJS WYSIWYG editor (not shown in the frontend screenshot below) among other stuff.

Frontend:

  • Custom Tile/Grid control based on WebContainers which is live responsive and rearranges according to page size
  • Custom HTML display control to display the HTML contents resulting from the QuillJS WYSIWYG Editor
  • Tab control simply based on WebToolbar (icons yet to be added)

Try to see www.stripe.com

Though it was not created by XOJO (according to some people here in the forum) but most of its UI looks like from XOJO.

I cannot find any screens, that looks like Xojo on the stripe website @ronaldo florendo

Is this spam? What does the look have to do with the technology?

I wrote an online quoting system for my brother-in-law’s metal business. It’s designed to be placed into a frame on their web site. If you are a regular user you can log in and have access to all your online quotes. My BIL can then turn them into orders.

Submit a quote request, then you can have it emailed to you

You should create account and you will see.

I will upload some screenshot that I made for your reference.

You are hijacking this conversation. This topic is about deployed web apps created by members. Please start a new thread to post your pictures about a site that has nothing to do with the discussion here.

What??? I dont have any intention to hijack this thread. Im just showing that there is commercial online application that is familiar with XOJO UI.

Here is the screenshot I captured from the site.

XOJO UI right?

I can’t see any familiar UI-elements. Sure, there is a dialog, a toolbar and a lot of other controls. But they are normal web-controls and are not xojo-only.

This is a regular interface with regular controls.

sorry

Hi Lars,

Thanks for the information.

I’m Microsoft Visual Studio user before and I didn’t see same UI on their default control.
So I believed I need to understand deeply the magic of CSS to create same STRIPE UI.

And for beginners like me, XOJO is the best DEV TOOLS to create same UI made by STRIPE.COM because I don’t need to understand CSS anymore.

That’s what im pointing on my recent post.

Hijacking a thread is exactly what you are doing. Please stop. This thread is meant for Xojo developers to introduce their work. Not for discussing other tools or other sites.
