I was going to mark this as answered but I had a think about it and thought about asking if anyone else can test this who has an nvidia card with the share (shadowplay) option.
Could you give it a test on version after 2016r3 and report back your findings, thanks.

Simple things…
Its got nothing to do with the beta, if you see the feedback ticket its fixed in all previous versions. I just happened to take the screenshot in the beta, I’ll fix the gif now…
