Good point @Thom_McGrath – Seems like a bug but on something deprecated Im sure it wont be on the Xojo fix list.

Let switch this over to URLConnection and test.

URLConnection worked 100% - Thanks @Thom_McGrath @DerkJ as moving away from HTTPSecureSocket was the ticket.
