st.Underline = True  // same as Window1.TextArea1.StyledText.Underline = True

Alias st As Window1.TextArea2.StyledText // locally reusable, from now on st has another value

st.Bold = True
st.Italic = False   // same as Window1.TextArea2.StyledText.Italic = False
st.Underline = True

You can already do this via a variable or property.
