Yes
Strictly speaking XML is JUST a binary project written as XML instead of binary so they are structurally the same
VCP is a different beast
And it more closely maps the project structure onto the file system
Yeah, I use VCS text format. Folders are real, things are actually organized into them.
I think you misunderstand
I’m telling you “Notes ARE, in the IDE, handled the exact same way as methods, properties etc. So if you can add a method to something you can add a note”
And since you cannot add methods (or constants or properties or event definitions etc) to folders you also cant add notes
