Thanks Greg… I thought I had tried that… but doing it as you decribed did work

Unfortunately i haven’t been able to make a working example of this executing events on a parent control. An example project probably would make it easier to understand the way it should be constructed. Is it possible to make an eaxmple available?

It was no wonder that it didn’t work for me yesterday, i did put the raiseevent in the wrong place, oef…!

That was a very nice example you @Ed Palmer made available, it demonstrated the way to use this technic very clearly. I find it so good that IMO this example belongs in the language reference, agree @Paul Lefebvre ?
