So, you’re saying that for the 3000+ people using Softbase.exe can’t use the built in ODBC MS SQL driver and need to BUY a third party driver? And, there is theoretically nothing XOJO can do about this?
Why should Xojo be responsible for something the Microsoft wrote?

You could try MBS SQL Plugin instead…
On Windows you can access Microsoft SQL server directly via ODBC, OLE DB or DB Library.
