In iOS13 the status line has Date/Time on the Left and Cell/Battery data on the right, and the entire center is blank.
Does anyone know if Apple will reject if you put a Static Label in that area? (like the Window Title on a Desktop app?)
This would free up some real estate if that is “legal”
Dont do that, I would guess you will be rejected. Also that area does get used during calls (face time, hangouts, whatever) so that wont be a good user experience.
Kinda thought that might be the case… But as an aside… even if Facetime etc. does use it… .those apps wouldn;t be active while my app was, or vice versa… but that being said… I’ll leave it be
