I have had this issue for years (and I cannot find it in Feedback), but was wondering if others have the same experience.

    1. Define a WebStyle (I set the WebPage background colour) and apply it to an object (the WebPage). Run and the WebStyle should be visible.
    2. Right-click the WebStyle and make it external. Any objects with this WebStyle now have the WebStyle as blank (not even none). Run and the WebStyle should be not be visible.
    3. Apply the WebStyle again to the object and run — the WebStyle is not applied in the browser.
    4. Right-click the WebStyle and make it internal. Any objects with this WebStyle now have the WebStyle as blank (not even none). Run and the WebStyle should be not be visible.
    5. Apply the WebStyle again to the object and run — the WebStyle is now visible again in the browser.
