How do I hide the Navigation Pane in the IDE ?

In a project, I have a lot of Windows with a width of 1200 pixels (on a 3360 x 2100 screen).

I have to hide the Inspector / Library pane (the one at right) and I knew the keybpard shortcuts (I & L), and I just learn the Toogle Palettes MenuItem.

But what about the Navigation Pane ?
(The stuff on the left that displays Windows, Methods, Images, etc.)

No, “Use the resize button” stays open a bit, it does not fully hide the pane.

You can’t.

Thank you Gavin, I was afraid of that.

I think this have to be added, regarding the size of the monitors thise days.

hmmmm… you USED to be able to undock the side panels… I never did, so didn’t notice when that option “went away”

Yes Dave, after I clicked in “Post a Reply”, I think I recall I was able to do that in REALbasic / Real Studio.

But the real reason is … I need sometimes that place to continue coding.

As an example, I refactored a window, so I placed some interface outside of the new and resized window and place new objects (Canvas) into the window, then copy/paste code from old objects (PushButtons) into the replacing objects (Canvas). Hiding the Inspector pane was good, but not enough.

And, a MenuItem to Toogle the Navigator Pane cost nearly nothing, IMHO.

There is a feedback request for something similar, I’m not at that computer so I can’t look it up at the moment.
