I just had a chance to test the xojo 2021r21 windows installer on my M1 Mac and received the error:
This program can only be installed on versions of Windows designed for the following processor architecture:
x64
Correct, there is a feedback case requesting the installer to work on Windows ARM.
I think is already marked as complete or fixed implemented, so I guess you will be able to install the next Xojo Windows release on your M1 Mac.
