Trying to download xojo but download speed fluctuates between 9kb and 1mb … same on my windows server and two of my friends also tried …same problem

Could be anything between you and the various CDN nodes causing it
Here I get 200-300K / sec (and thats darned fast for my connection as it tops out at 8Mb)
