Windows IDE does not ask me to report crashes

I’ve just started using Xojo on Windows 10 after using it for years on a Mac. Unlike the Mac version, the IDE crashes maybe a few times an hour and the IDE does not ask me to file a bug report. I have Feedback installed. Am I missing something?

The only reason I can imagine this happening is if the SpecialFolder.ApplicationSupport.Child(”Xojo”) folder or the contained specific IDE folder is somehow not writable.
