Does it matter which version of Windows an app is built on? I have Windows 7.1 on a Parallels partition, but at least one person who is going to use the resulting program is on Windows 8.1.
Am I right in assuming that Xojo has that covered? I know the program runs, but could there be any gotchas that might trip it up because of the different system?
