Window Layout Rendering

In the layout editor in the IDE any window shows with no border. The window header is not offset in any way from the client area and is cut midway through.

Is this “normal”? Is there a setting for this? Should I file an issue?

The screenshot WinAPILib downloaded from Github, opened in Xojo 2022 r1.1 to which I upgraded from Xojo 2021 r3.1 in hopes to get rid of this awful display.

The window from the running app shows correctly.

Windows 8.1

I don’t know if you have a problem with Windows 8. I am using Windows 10 and 11 and I always see the borders, mainly the title bar. Only “Plain Box” windows don’t show borders.
