why XOJO 2015 R2.4 don’t support Retina screen yet?

You can easily manage retina with Sam Rowlands’ RetinaKit. You give it both sizes and it manages the images needed for retina/non retina and even Windows and Linux.
All you need to do is set the info.plist flag either manually or with his other great tool, App Wrapper.
I recommend both. They’re essential for making Xojo apps work smoothly on Mac, and Sam is a great guy always willing to help.

For what it’s worth, retina support is scheduled for Q4 this year.
For what its worth… “Q4 of this year” started yesterday 
XMas is in Q4 
and so if Chanukah for our Jewish friends 
not to mention Thanksgiving and others that I may not be aware of

XMas comes after all these. So do New Year’s eve. But somehow I doubt Xojo would dare making their last release of the year on the last day of Q4.
Heck I’m surprised that Joe even acknowledged that XOJO was working on it, let alone made a “commitment”
I’m pretty sure that was already announced as part of their upcoming plans. IIRC, Geoff mentioned it during his XDC keynote.
It was announced at the XDC keynote session.
And “Q3” version is still awaited
Just an observation… but in this quote “this year” DID refer to 2015? right?
If so, 2015/Q4 ended a few weeks back :D… just saying
