It takes around 14 seconds here in Berlin to load https://demo2.graffitisuite.com/ (even a little longer for the web 1.0 version at https://demo.graffitisuite.com/, but not much) . If load times don’t improve dramatically I probably won’t go through the trouble of converting my massive web 1.0 app.
I just tested my direct connection and clocked to load the entire demo at 6 seconds. For loading through a Berlin VPN, I got roughly the same result as you did – 15 seconds. So there is some geography-related latency there. This sort of thing can be mitigated, especially using GraffitiSuite’s CDN support, but it’s certainly not for the faint of heart. One thing to note about my demo, though, is that the vast majority of these load times is from adding and initializing the WebContainers in to the GraffitiWall on the initial page. I believe there’s a Feedback Case about WebContainer loading speed already in.

Work on the Web Framework continues and work on the web-based version of Feedback is going on right now so don’t worry about it being left behind. There’s still plenty of work to do on Web Framework 2.0.
