Web: Safari under Catalina displays buttons with no text

Hi everyone,
on one customer macbook, with xojo 2024r21, I use a standard bootstrap theme
it was working in 2024r1
but now the buttons display the primary color, but no text (which should be white)
using firefox the buttons are ok

does anyone notice this same problem ?

Could be this issue?
Xojo2024R2.1 - on Safari 17.3 buttons no longer show properly

It will be fixed in 2024r3, but there is an easy workaround in one of the comments of that Issue.
