Hello All,
I have searched around on the forum and example projects and I am not seeing a good way to dynamically build a menu.
I am not trying to do anything fancy, but just a string of menu options across the page.
For example:
File Edit View etc… and have options beneath that.
The web toolbar control, I think, wants me to create the button/menu in the IDE first.
Is there no way to create this 100% from code?
Thanks.
@Michel Bujardet ~ thanks.
I will take a look at this and play around with it a bit.
So I have played around with this a bit and a contextual menu might be workable.
Is there someway to trigger the contextual menu from a left click instead of a right click?
Thanks.
Then it would not be a contextual menu. If you want a menu that appears with a left click, I suggest using a PopupMenu control.
Hi @Greg O’Lone ~ thanks…I am trying to work around non-dynamic menu controls.
A Popup Menu control is more like a combo box than a menu, hence my question.
Or are you suggesting I customize it in some way?
Thanks.

Use this:

@Michel Bujardet Thanks! That got me, I think, most of the way there.
